All refunds requests must be emailed to refundrequest@21stcenturypsychics.com no later than 30 days prior to the event.
In all cases, you need to send us a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund. Please be as specific as you can to help us deal with your request promptly. We need to know your user name, the date and approximate time the event took place and, if you know it, the person you were talking to. For phone refunds, the above applies in addition to a copy of your paid telephone bill as well as your telephone number.
We will investigate each matter individually and be as fair as possible. If we deem that you are due a refund, we will need your credit card details, as we do not store them for security reasons, in order for the refund to be processed.
